Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Follower Hub collects, why, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

  • Account details — name, email address, and optionally phone, country, city and address.
  • Order data — the links you submit, service selected, quantity, price and delivery status.
  • Wallet activity — deposits, order charges and refunds, kept as a permanent ledger.
  • Payment references — for manual deposits, the sender number, transaction ID and any screenshot you upload. For gateway payments, the reference the gateway returns to us.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Support content — the tickets and messages you send us.

2. What we never see

We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, bKash or Nagad PIN, or any social media password. Card and mobile wallet payments are processed entirely on the gateway's own systems (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz). We never ask for the password of the account you are promoting, and you should never give it to anyone.

3. Why we use it

  • To create your account and let you sign in
  • To place your orders with our supplier and report status back to you
  • To credit deposits, charge orders and settle refunds
  • To answer support tickets and investigate disputed transactions
  • To detect fraud, duplicate deposits and abuse of the panel
  • To send transactional email — order and payment notifications, password resets

4. Who we share it with

  • Our upstream supplier — receives the link and quantity for each order, because that is what delivery requires. It does not receive your name or email.
  • Payment gateways — bKash, Nagad and SSLCommerz receive the amount and a reference so they can process and confirm the transaction.
  • Email delivery — our mail provider handles outbound messages.
  • Authorities — only where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. Google sign-in

If you choose "Continue with Google", we receive only your name, email address and Google account ID. We never receive your Google password and cannot access anything else in your Google account.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your session, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and — where enabled — measure traffic through analytics tools. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in from working.

7. How long we keep it

Order and wallet records are retained for as long as your account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards, because they are financial records and may be needed to resolve a dispute. Support tickets are kept for reference. You may request deletion of your account; we will remove personal details while retaining the minimum transaction record required for accounting integrity.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. API keys can be regenerated at any time from your dashboard, which immediately invalidates the previous key. Wallet balances are protected by a locked, append-only ledger so a balance can never silently drift.

9. Your rights

You can view and edit your profile at any time from the dashboard, and request a copy or deletion of your data by opening a support ticket.

10. Children

Follower Hub is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
