Frequently asked questions

Everything people ask before their first order.

Account

We only need a public link — never your password. That said, using engagement services can conflict with a platform's own terms, and that risk sits with you. Growing gradually and using drip-feed is generally lower profile than large sudden orders.

Yes. High-volume customers can be given an account-wide discount that applies automatically to every service rate. Open a ticket with your monthly volume to ask.

API

Yes. It follows the standard SMM Panel API v2 spec, so any existing panel software can point at us unchanged. Generate your key from the API page in your dashboard.

services, add, status (single and multi), refill, refill_status, cancel and balance. Errors come back as HTTP 200 with an error field, exactly as the v2 spec describes.

No. API orders draw from the same wallet balance as orders placed in the panel, at the same rates including any account discount.

Delivery

On services marked Refill, if the count drops after delivery you can request a top-up from the order page — free, within the refill window shown on the service.

Social platforms cache counts for a while. Wait an hour and refresh. If the number still has not moved, open a support ticket with the order number.

The supplier delivered some of the order but could not finish it. The undelivered portion is refunded to your wallet automatically — you do not need to ask.

On services marked Refill, if the count drops after delivery you can request a free top-up from the order page, within the refill window shown on that service. Services without the Refill badge carry no drop protection.

Drops happen across the whole SMM industry — platforms periodically purge inactive accounts. That is why refill-eligible services exist. If the service you used is marked Refill, request one; if not, consider a refill-backed service next time.

Social platforms cache counts for a while. Wait an hour and refresh. If the number still has not moved, open a support ticket with the order number and link.

Only on services marked Cancel, and only while the order is still Pending or Processing. Once the supplier starts delivering, it cannot be recalled.

Ordering

Most services start within a few minutes of ordering. The exact speed depends on the service — check the delivery time shown before you order. Speeds are estimates from our supplier, not guarantees.

The public URL of whatever you want to grow: your page or profile URL for followers, the video URL for views, the post URL for likes or comments. The target must be public — private or restricted accounts cannot be delivered to.

Let the first order finish first. Overlapping orders — here or on another panel — confuse the supplier's start count and are the most common cause of partial delivery.

No. Changing your username, switching to private, or deleting the post breaks delivery and voids any refund or refill claim. Wait until the order shows Completed.

Drip-feed splits one order into repeated runs — for example 100 units every 60 minutes, 10 times. It makes growth look more gradual. You are charged for runs × quantity.

Mass Order submits up to 200 orders at once, one per line, in the format service_id | link | quantity. Each line is attempted independently — a bad line is skipped and reported without blocking the rest.

Payments

From Add Funds in your dashboard. bKash, Nagad and card payments credit your balance instantly. For a manual transfer, send to the number shown and submit the transaction ID — we confirm it, usually within minutes.

The minimum top-up is shown on the Add Funds page. There is no minimum on individual orders beyond each service's own minimum quantity.

No. Wallet balance is credit for services on this panel. It cannot be converted back to cash or transferred to another account, so only top up what you plan to spend here.

Do not pay again. Open a support ticket with the transaction ID and the exact amount — we trace it and credit your wallet. Paying twice only makes it slower to sort out.

Never. Card and mobile wallet payments are handled entirely by bKash, Nagad and SSLCommerz on their own systems. We only receive a confirmation reference.
